a decent stay

spacious room modern design gym facilities adequate equipment unsafe neighborhood tight garage disgusting conditions early closure

The room was spacious and modern. i appreciated the gym facilities. It had everything i needed for my workout. breakfast was also a plus, i found it quite good and satisfying.

the neighborhood didn't feel very safe, especially with many social issues apparent right outside the hotel. the parking garage was also very tight and disgusting, a turnoff.

The check-in process was super easy. I had a very high floor room and the city views were amazing. The location is perfect with a subway station nearby. Underground shopping is also close and convenient, it included a grocery store and drugstore!

i noticed very very slight dust behind the headboard.

decent place to stay

easy check in great city views perfect location long breakfast lines dirty room late towels

check in was easy. i was helped by candice who was very nice to my kids. my room was super high and i had great city views. the location was perfect too, a subway station was close and there was underground shopping like a grocery store.

breakfast wasnt properly arranged for the number of people staying. this made for long lines to get breakfast and not much food. there was also a strike that meant rooms werent cleaned. fresh towels werent provided until later in the afternoon.
